Due to strict medical hygiene and regulatory standards, all sales of dental and medical materials are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the goods are proven to be defective or non-conforming upon delivery. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Approved returns require written confirmation issued by Coherz. This policy shall be prominently displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
